I think so. Like MM said earlier, she doesn't directly say F-U-C-K Me, so I can't see the problem, if they kick up a fuss about it... should have had an Explicit Content Sticker on the Album if it was going to offend anyone

Well, I am an adult and I didn't figure out it was F-U-C-K me until you guys said it right now, and I have listened to this song quite a few times. The song is sooo silly though and it annoys me.
