January 16, 200916 yr I'd say it doesn't actually. If it did you wouldn't have bothered replying. However you could prove it by getting lost off this forum once and for all. Your user name is very APT. Even lamer generic taunts because someone has DARED to express an opinion contrary to yours. Bo frickin Hoo. It’s a public message board not a <add generic female artist here> love in.
January 16, 200916 yr ^ I predict this post above will upon reflection go down as one of the daftest predictions on Buzzjack in 2009. Never Again & the lumpy emotional 4th rate Amy Lee (Evanescence) impersonations & tunefree other singles from her commercially suicidal My December album are a distant memory. Of course the fact that it is at #46 on US airplay (Mediabase: week Jan 8th - Jan 14th) despite not breaking to Radio till the morning of the 13th and is being added to US Radio station playlists even faster than Britney Spears Womanizer (and with much less hype) was tells you this track is going to be a monster sized hit. To be fair it occurred to me that it was being over estimated so I posted a mildly provocative under estimation and as a result have bitten off more than I cared to chew. :drama: On the point of American radio airplay I think Clarkson is a special case being a Idol winner and with widespread MOR appeal. Unless the track was a diabolical comeback (which it's not) it was always going to make a large splash in the New Year lull so might not translate into the blockbuster many are expecting...

And as for generic. The only artist i see even being CLOSE to KC style of music is P!nk. Hardly generic now is it. And Jarkchild i assume is a play on the producer known as Darkchild. Now get over yourself. Edited January 16, 200916 yr by Joao Filipe
January 16, 200916 yr Thats your "frickin" problem you try way too hard too be different. And tbh is quite sad isnt it? Beyond CLUELESS. Must you insist on attempting to RAM your 'opinions' down others throats? Perhaps you might like to get over yourself before dishing out advice? And as for generic. The only artist i see even being CLOSE to KC style of music is P!nk. Hardly generic now is it.Blinkered nonsense. And Jarkchild i assume is a play on the producer known as Darkchild. That being said it doesn't negate the IRONY. Edited January 16, 200916 yr by ej87
January 16, 200916 yr Not taking sides atall here but have any of you ever thought how it must feel for ej87 to have you all on at them at the same time? Just a thought, don't shoot me please.
January 16, 200916 yr Oh i give up. Ive been bitchy before on this forum and it didnt end up good so im gonna stop before i get carried away.
January 16, 200916 yr He'd probably be a bit more liked if he ever said anything other than OH THE IRONY!!1z! MANSON every five minutes.
January 16, 200916 yr 'My December' wasn't generic but the way she's trending with this album so far is. Totally pedestrian and ordinary pop-rock which HAS been done a million times before.
January 16, 200916 yr Yes but the pop/rock which has been done before has hardly been credible unless your P!nk or Kelly C or Simple Plan. Hilary Duff tried that route, Jordan McCoy is trying that route. Both didnt exactly achieve much well apart from Duff who went multi-platinum i think... Edited January 16, 200916 yr by Joao Filipe
January 16, 200916 yr Great song. To me its a mixtures of Behind these hazel eyes, miss independant & Since you've been gone :o Good song once again
