I dont think Lily will be in Top 40 on Sunday. When T.I and Rihanna were released, they got to #1 very quick. Lily isnt quite #1 yet, so I dont think Top 40 on Sunday, but Top 50, possibly.

So Lily has got to #1 quicker. Possibly Lily has not got the same opposition in Ti & Rihanna chart was selling loads at that time.

But either way I still expect Lily Allen to be Top40 this coming Sunday with ease.

Great news for Lily :) Here's hoping The Fear becomes her second number 1! And It's not me, it's you becomes her first number 1 album :D

I think this has stood the test of time far more than 'Sex On Fire' did, that just sounds so old and tired now. I still haven't bored of 'Use Somebody'.

I'm not sure what this means for the British consciousness - being taken over by the fear.

I do find it interesting that music reflects consciousness; or perhaps consciousness reflects our music.

Either way, kinda strange.

Single ladies not due for release until 9th February. Still a long way to go with this one!

 

I wouldn't mind 'Use Somebody' if it was about 20-22 :lol: just the fact it's still Top 10 and stopping newer songs from getting in, and pushing new ones down, when it really should be that one.

 

I have got bored with it now.
