THE METAL AND HARD ROCK RATE

Basically i was a bit bored and decided to do this, i have created a list of 100 reletavly know metal and hard rock acts, basically all you need to do is rate each one. You are allowed one -1 and one 11, you are also not allowed any more than ten 0's and ten 10's, you dont have to use a -1 or 11, and you dont have to use ten 1's or ten 10's but you cannot break the maximum. The rating stage will last for at least 2 weeks, depending on how much time i have the interest the rating could go on for a month, i'll annouce a deadline nearer the time, i will then work out the averages of each one and do a fall countdown.
