Watched this last night and loved it! Have not watched the orignal though so cant really compare, how many other Halloween films are there? And is Rob Zombie going to be remaking them all?

There's;

Halloween (Original - My fav :D )

Halloween II (Not seen this one)

Halloween III - Season Of The Witch (No Michael :( )

Halloween IV - The Return Of Mchael Myers (My second favourite Sequel)

Halloween V - The Revenge Of Michael Myers (Quite strange as he wants to kill a 10 year old)

Halloween VI - The Curse Of Michael Myers (Not seen this one)

Halloween H20 - Twenty Years Later (My favourite sequel)

Halloween Resurection (I loved this one, it was a silly excuse for him to come back, but it was a very good idea, it's like Big Brother  )

Halloween 2007 - The Remake/Prequel/ Requel, whatever you want to call it  (Not seen this)

Not sure if Rob is doing anymore

Haven't seen this film yet, how was it? Can somebody give me a little background about Haloween...
Halloween III - Season Of The Witch (No Michael :( )

There's a reason for that though - it was never intended to be part of the "Halloween" cycle, it was actually written originally by a British writer called Nigel Kneale (who wrote the original "Quatermass" tv shows and films...). The "Halloween" Producers bought the rights to it, and drafted in the director to basically re-draft it to sell it as a "Halloween" film, not even giving Kneale the credit he was due....

Which is a shame, because "Season Of The Witch" taken on its own merits is a good film which has a really excellent story running through it.. I dont call it "Halloween 3" personally, I always refer to it as "Season of the Witch", because that's the original title....

I was wondering where he had gone, but I did like it, it's better than some of the other sequels ^_^

I was talking to friends about this last night and they saw it at the cinema whereas I saw the version that you saw Scott (I think) in your version did it have a quite graphic and repulsive rape scene? I mentioned it last night and my friends were shocked because it wasn't in the version they had seen.
^ I watched that version, the rape scene was vile! Is the ending different than the one in the cinema :o

From what I can remember (it was discussed over drinks) they said that it was Michael's sister that did infact kill him?

Hmm... just finished watching this (downloaded).

At first, the younge Michael completly draws you in! The behaviour, killings (although I thought they could of had a bit more action), everything about the begining was amazing!

But for some reason, as it got further into the film, and also from start to finish, I realised that the film actually lacked something but I cant think of what it is. It's like a whole chunk of an amazing plot was missed out. And Kelly, the scene I saw was that he was shot by the police at the end.

That's the ending I saw, but apparently my friends (who saw it at the cinema) saw a different version.

Hmmm, there was some fairly graphic sex, but I dont remember an acutal rape scene as such....

WELL. I finally got this on DVD t'other day and was well loads disappointed. Only because there was nothing about the power of thorn or anything; but at least Rob made it more realistic I guess <3.

And the kid who played the young Michael was amazing <3.
