March 20, 200916 yr Amazing for Leona...3 hits with sales over 500K Gareth has as well, which is more of an achievement really, as back then they were all physicals, I expect Leona will end up being the biggest single seller in the UK now though, out of all the solo talent show contestants. Gareth doesn't release chart music anymore, Will is mainly an album seller now and doesn't bother the singles chart much anymore, I can't see Alex Burke or Shane Ward outselling Leona in the future either. I guess it all depends on who x-factor throws up next, it didn't do that well last year.
March 27, 200916 yr 1. Will Young - Evergreen/Anything Is Possible 1,800,000 194. Michelle - All This Time 295000 bit of a comparison between series 1 and series 2 Pop Idol winners :S
April 6, 200916 yr 6. Alexandra Burke – Hallelujah 1,112,655 8. Shayne Ward - That's My Goal 1,100,000 14. Leona Lewis - A Moment Like This 845,000 ???. Steve Brookstein - Against All Odds ???. Leon Jackson - When You Believe The top three were on the X Factor in 2008, 2005 and 2006 respectively. Quite a gap between them and the winners of 2004/2007. (The question marks are because they aren't in the Top 200. :kink:)

April 14, 200916 yr According to this : http://www.buzzjack.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=86762 bleeding love had sold 937,100 at the week ending Jan 10th 2009 - a week where she sold over 1.5k. The following 13 weeks aren't accounted for here. If she continued selling ~1.5k in all those weeks, the sales for the song could potentially be ~20k out? Edited April 14, 200916 yr by Simplyobsessed
