April 15, 200916 yr Oof, I was hoping 'Bleeding Love' would creep to 1 million by the end of the decade. Doesn't look possible now. It might just do it but it'll now need a big boost around the time of single/album#2 release as it is out of the top 200 and selling less than 1,000 per week. If it can get back into the top 40 for a few weeks around single/album #2, it might just do it. Really want it to get a million this year, as I reckon she could have another million seller next decade and make it 2 decades in a row.

April 19, 200916 yr Just a little question, at the end of the year Radio One does a chart of the 40 biggest selling songs of the year, at the end of a decade do they do the top 40 of the year or top 40 of the decade? :)
April 19, 200916 yr I feel so old! I was 11! Nah, I can't remember a decade chart and due to Millennium fever, the year end chart was moved to January 2nd rather than new years eve and they ran down the top 40 and only played the top 10 in full. But there is no millennium ths time round so we won't be as hard done by.
April 19, 200916 yr At the end of 2009, The OCC will give Radio 1, the Top 40 of 2009, AND the Top 40 of the Decade - both will be broadcast. Indeed, the Top 100 of the Decade will be compiled, but, it likely that Radio 1 will only make/find the time to play the Top 40. (The Top 100 of 2009 will be compiled too, & 'Music Week' will carry that. They may even carry the Top 100 of the Decade - Singles & Albums).
