3rd hit in the UK for Miley in which she is chase the paparazzi in the video just like in real life. Ironically, her label is releaseing "The Climb" as a single from the Hannah Montana movie in which Miley plays guitar in the clip.

I think that Just Dance is the first song since Kate Nash's Foundations to spend 4 consecutive weeks at #2?

Foundations spent only 3 con. weeks at 2 then 2 con. weeks at 2 after falling at 3 for one week. 5 non-con. weeks in total.

Hmm, is it a good thing that auto-tune is the IN thing?

It depends actually. Auto-tune is good to make the song entertaining to listen to.

It's bad because it doesn't show much vocal talent. :D

I'll say it's a good thing.

:o Oh yeah!

04 (03) Alesha Dixon – Breathe Slow

05 (08) Prodigy – Omen

Ahem...

If there isn't a change in the top two next week I'll scream

I think there most certainly will be with KoL, Taylor Swift and Kely Clarkson all wanting a piece of the top spot.

U2's Bono was one of the few real rock heroes of the 1980s, leading the Irish band to international recognition with a charged, political approach to music. The band's early efforts brought a stadium-size presence to post-punk, with Bono's expressive vocals and the Edge's distinct guitar lines interacting seamlessly with the rhythm section of bassist Adam Clayton and drummer Larry Mullen, Jr. In 1987, U2 broke through to superstardom with THE JOSHUA TREE, a grand culmination of their '80s sound. In the 1990s, however, the band very purposefully deflated that epic image, simultaneously adding ambient, dance, and electronica touches on 1991's ACHTUNG BABY. Mining that vein for much of the decade, U2 kicked off the 21st century with a triumphant return to form that was embraced by new and longtime fans alike. - HMV

This is an OK record from U2 but its definitely not "Veritgo" or "the Fly", If this tune stay at the peak position of #12 it will be the worst showing of a lead-off U2 single from an album "Fire" from the '81 October and that was the group first UK hit.
