The sats are getting closer to Flo on itunes and with today and tomorrow being big days for the sats i think they could get close.

Not a hope in hell! You'll see! You think the physical is selling well lol, it's barely doing better than a normal no.1 single and it's for charity!

They have gone from selling 50% of Flo Rida on Tuesday, up to 55% on Friday on iTunes...ring the alarm. Flo's in big trouble!

^ Yup, % leads for Flo Rida are as follows:

Mon 68%

Tue 79%

Wed 96%

Thu 96%

Fri 77%

So the Sats are pulling back, but I don't think quite quickly enough ...

LOL, he has sold a very little downloads then.

Given the extinction of the physical the same can be said for reaching #2 in the physical only chart - his REC company used the gimmick of making a LIMMITED run of the physical ("restricted" to a run of 5000 ie PURE SPIN from his PR for the gullibles - as if a 3rd single would EVER sell much more physical copies than that in todays climate anyway)

Unfortunately that's the power of the those behind Radio Suggy. That's what we've had to contend with for Gareth since 2003. He too stood no chance when he couldn't get his music heard by the masses. If they get it into their heads an artist isn't going to do well, they usually get their way. At least Will has had the chance to really establish himself before this started to happen to him, unlike Gareth.

So glad Gareth is out of the rat-race at the moment and is showing people who didn't already realize just how good his voice is.

Unfortunately that is only your viewpoint (....i know they say love is blind....) - perhaps the reality is Will is just infinitely more talented that Gates in the eyes of the majority ,with infinitely more more appealing talent, voice, tunes, personality + charisma, integrity, sincerity, thats how he became established/proved himself over time + Gates never will no matter how many chances he gets, he just irritates the General Public and drives them away the longer he tries, despite the clear message he been repeatedly given by them in all his failed attempts at reigniting his fame

Take that's song is total and utter Cr*p....

HEY! - at least they are consistent then.... and thats quite a feat given previously their only reason for existence was sexual fantasy fodder/nostalgia of that

PS looking at some of the posts on this thread (considering how it starts) it would seem Mart!n's "bark is bigger than his bite" sometimes at least....

In the end it will be

I may like your thoughts about Will's 3rd single being limited and so on but this post is surely unnecessary. :(

Suppose it takes all sorts really! As I think Lady GaGa's output could possibly be the biggest pile of overhyped poo I've heard in a long time! Sh*t! I think I'd rather listen to the Saturdays! I was going to add 'only joking' but seriously ... I'm not!

I think you're probably just saying that as you're biased but I'm not, I was a huge fan of the new take that BUT was so disappointed with the new album circus ( was proper sad when I heard it).

Circus is a load of sh*t. The only good song they had was the fantastic greatest day, other than that they have lost it.

I'm glad fans are not buying the new single (its total Sh*t) and this way maybe they will change and go back to the amazing sound of beautiful world.

Lady Ga Ga kicks their backside at the mo.

btw if u want circus then go buy Britneys Circus which is much better than take that's rubbish one.

If I'm being honest ... I only like about six songs from Take That's The Circus. But I've heard about six songs from Britney's album and I have to be honest ... from what I've heard ... her album sucks just as much!

You're wrong about Greatest Day though ... Up All Night is the best song on the album (apart from the hidden track). Greatest Day was just 'meh' - the only reason it got to number one was it was the first single from the album and Leona Lewis was kind enough to not release Run until the week after! Not so sure about going back to the 'amazing' sound of Beautiful World (it was good and I liked it a lot - but it wasn't what I'd call amazing.) I'd give anything for a 'Back For Good' but I suppose we're not going to get anything as brilliant as that again. By the way ... if you think Up All Night is bad ... you ought to give a listen to the B side ... it is total and utter pants!

I actually like a couple of the GaGa songs now ... but I do think she (along with a load of other stuff at the moment) is way over-hyped. You're quite arsey with your opinions aren't you? I like that ... reminds me of me!

Well I loved 'Greatest day'....such a beautiful song and I honestly think if it was their 2nd single it would still be number one. I don't care for their old stuff but 'back for good' was a great song. I think 'the garden' is a nice song and is going to be their 3rd single so I'm happy about that.

I can't believe you think 'up all night' is the best song on the album....that makes I'd wait for life sound like their best!

well im a take that fan and i liked take that phase 1 also and back for good is one of my least fave singles of theirs and i know im prob the only person who thinks that,i love up all night i think its far better than greatest day as for me greatest day is one of the worst songs on the album, for me im very happy with the circus as an album overall and i now prefer it to beautiful world but rule the world is still my fave take that song i still adore it.

The garden is a song i adore and im happy that it is the third single but i also love julie,

I'm being totally honest. Apart from 'She Said' (which sadly won't even be sung on the tour, let alone released as a single) ... Up All Night and Said It All are the only songs I'd release as singles. And as for The Garden ... I have my reasons for disliking that one (stated most vociferously in the Take That forum) but I'll cut it down to say ... if it is released as a single in the UK - it'd be lucky to make the top 30 - a chart position I would whole-heartedly say it 'more than' deserved. And although I quite like Greatest Day I really don't think it was that great! I do love the way the History Channel is using closing bars of it on their ads though ... it is a tune that 'goes with' things. As a fan I'm glad it did fairly well but the six songs I really like on TC are The Circus, Up All Night, She Said, Greatest Day, Hold Up A Light and Here. The Garden and Julie were OK to stay as album tracks ... but everything else on it should have been binned! No need for more than eight songs on an album. If they did want more than eight ... they should have had a little 'patience' and waited for some more inspiration!

Don't sound like a fan do I?

By the way Mart!n ... sorry for us going off track here ... but as the chart show is today ... I don't think you'll mind a bit of 'veering off' as this thread becomes defunct soon.

I have Take That's album The Circus (Someone gave it to me as a gift, thanks guys!!) and the song that stands out for me is The Garden, a truly brilliant ballad. It is currently the most listened to song on my I-pod, and to me ranks among their best songs ever. I have no idea how it would do as a single, but I just thought I would share my love for this BRILLIANT song :P
