March 18, 200917 yr Because they have not a clue! I know, let's not bother playing the most exciting female to appear on the British scene in years!, lets play generic American $h!te instead Besides not playing it much anymore, iTunes: [19] 13| La Roux - In For The Kill - Happy? It's well high even with a little airplay. Edited March 18, 200917 yr by funmaker11
March 18, 200917 yr I know... it's nice to see that people are buying it this week. I hope its a kick in the teeth to Radio 1 programmers.... it's strange as all the Radio 1 specialist dj's have been drooling over the track for weeks - I just don't understand why it did not make daytime.
March 19, 200917 yr I don't think R1 even follows the playlist imo. I hear stuff removed from the list all the time. And I've never even heard some of the songs on the B-List. I think you're right...and for Radio 2 too...Radio 2 was the first place that I heard Franz Ferdinand's No You Girls...it's still not even play-listed by them now. And more than ever the playlisters seem to be losing the plot; removing tracks that are just becoming popular and clinging desperately on to those that have already either flopped or been around for comparative eons.

Underhand payments I think ;)
March 19, 200917 yr Great to see Yeah Yeah Yeahs on the B list! (they might've been there last week, but I've only just noticed now either way) :puke2: at Ironik though, why playlist such awful artists? They always seem to be behind him! :(
March 21, 200917 yr Also, where's Tommy Sparks?! They'll probably playlist him in the next few weeks.
