daytrotter.com is great! re-worked specially recorded songs from good bands.

Found—what I think—is a newish site with a great collection of reviews but a lot more:

It's called Groovemine

There's, also, a section called Digital Music Resources that's pretty "resourceful"...

Let me know what you think...anything else like this out there?

I've literally heard of about 5% of the bands in the free downloads section, it's ridiculous.

Shame the other 95% are almost always too weird and lo-fi, or noisy to be able to appreciate. Still, Baths and rare High Places tracks <3.

Whaaaat most of that music is hardly noisey/unenjoyable. Gauntlet Hair, Baths, Memoryhouse, Teengirl Fantasy, Bear in Heaven, Telepathe, His Clancyness. <3

Good site.

Good site.

I was talking more of the mixtapes tbh. Crazy stuff in there and most of it really isn't good :(. In fairness i like the first 3 and 5th and 6th of those, and the first 3 were new to me too.
