Sony announces 'Men In Black 3'

Sony has announced plans to revive its Men In Black franchise, Collider reports.

 

During a presentation at the ShoWest film tradeshow in Las Vegas, Sony's Rory Bruer confirmed that the studio is working on a new Ghostbusters and Spider-Man movie, and is also pressing forward with development on Men In Black 3.

 

Based on Lowell Cunningham's comic series, the Men In Black film franchise starred Will Smith and Tommy Lee Jones as covert agents tracking aliens on Earth.

 

The two movies have grossed $1 billion at the worldwide box office.

What do you guys think? Will it be a successful revival if it goes ahead?

First one is awesome, than it went down the pan, let it die.

Second was just so horrible to watch couldnt go past the beginning

The second one was DIRE. I can't see Will Smith returning for this.. We're see.

I agree with the opinion Martin stated too. First part was amazing. Second not really :/

 

Saying that i think i won't anticipate this movie so much.

If Will Smith returns, then of course it'll be good and massively hyped so everyone will want to see it.

 

I can't tell whether this will be really good (as in, better than the second) or a hot mess! Will wait to see more trailers before I make the judgement though.

UM. It seems a bit of a silly plot - time travel?! I will most likely see it though as the first one is a classic.

I don't know what to think apart from the fact I need to rewatch the first.

 

can barely remember the 2nd. probably not a good idea making a 3rd tbh.

I love that a big deal has been made of Nicole Scherzinger being in this and yet she is NOWHERE TO BE FOUND in that trailer. Although Emma Thompson, WOOP.

That's because

Nicole dies in the opening scene!

Haha. (Apparently! That may just be a rumour)
