No?

The entire appeal of LoveGame is based around 'lets have some fun, this beat is sick' etc. A saucy lyric. Boys Boys Boys is actually a brilliant pop song.

I do agree here...and also, since when did it matter if it completely alienated straight men? I had no idea that the stereotypical straight man went for Lady GaGa's type of music tbh :P Also, that never stopped Girls Just Wanna Have Fun doing well...and look how much of a guilty pleasure that is to a great deal of straight men!

I heard her for the first time today, and she's pretty okay. Though i'd say half her album is pretty c**p, whilst the other is awesome. But ehhh.

Yeah I doubt the stereotypical straight man would admit to liking Lady GaGa at all tbh, but this one does!

I wouldn't go around singing Boys Boys Boys at the top of my voice though

And LoveGame isn't all about that one 'saucy' lyric, it's a great song regardless of that, but that just makes it more catchy

I agree, yes that particular lyric is the one that's designed to grab attention, but the song as a whole is brilliant and the sound/production is fantastic.

I doubt the stereotypical straight man would admit to having such a massive love for Circus either, but I'm sure you're probably redeemed by your passion for Bloc Party :heehee:

Oh I know

I really didn't want to like Britney's comeback, as I've never really liked anything by her before, but Womanizer was just too good to resist (and the rest of the album I have to admit too) :(

Oh and Bloc Party FTW

And yet the only thing anybody EVER says when that song is mentioned is 'I wanna take a ride on your disco stick!' LMAO!'. That intro is very gimmicky and it brings the song down. I can't really listen past the intro because it p!sses me off! And I have to disagree, the production is weak...

LoveGame is miles better than Boys Boys Boys...

Both would be bad single choices imo though.

Agreed. The production is fantastic and so are her vocals on it. My favourite bit is when she sings "just wanna touch you for a minute".

Who cares if it has one "gimmicky" lyric and people point it out when discussing it? Doesn't detract from the song and mean it's any less good.

That would obviously be a selling point, because it would make people remember the song.

Woo, Just Dance finally hit #1 on US iTunes today. :funky:
'Paparazzi' really would be the best choice for third single. Such an obvious choice: a progression from the first two singles, a bit slower so will sell the album and a very good/different side to her.

I love 'Paparazzi' but i doubt it would be a big hit anywhere tbh.

Its outrageous that 'Wonderful' never made the album, its amazing.

Papparazzi  I think i might even prefer it to Just Dance now

I agree with Jake, Paparazzi would be a great choice for third single. Pokerface is already starting to take off in America!
