I'm most of the way through my semi now and I've already heard 3 awful songs and I know one more is yet to come. gutted if I'm one of the three

Actually yours was the one that was yet to come. :lol: Actually your song isn't in my bottom three. :o I think in English it might be listenable, but I read the translation and the English lyrics are terrible so maybe not. I wouldn't be surprised if Caroline ended up doing a bit of a Vincent. (coming close to making it but just misses out because it's biggest fans are in the other semi)

how come semi 2 got all of the certain DNQ's :arrr:

 

in semi 1, I honestly wouldn't be surprised if anything qualified to the final from it, but there are definitely two or three in Semi 2 that literally have NO chance

I know, I think we've got the winner but probably the worst three/four songs in the contest to balance it out. :lol: I don't particularly think the video game hero anthem, emo-tastic song or one of the NF entries has a chance in qualifying.

Ben's sanctuary's votes are in.

 

The top 5 were the faves, and the last 5 was not that close but jeez it was difficult to choose 10 songs, very hard and quality semi final (SF 1)!

indeed! agree on every point :lol: it's a shame that both of the NF songs in here this month are such acquired taste's, I'm sure Alcazar's Stay The Night would have eased into the final :kink:

Haven't heard that, but Alcazar seem quite popular on here so I wouldn't be surprised. :o

 

I like HIM! It's not emo IMO - just rock! (coming from a Non-Emo!)

Actually I agree with Aaron although emo didn't exist at the time when Join Me was released.

Haven't heard that, but Alcazar seem quite popular on here so I wouldn't be surprised. :o

 

Stay The Night trounces anything else Alcazar have ever done before, stunning pop song, everybody I've introduced it to loves it, Eurovision fan or not :o

 

I didn't dare send it to BJSC though as it felt incredibly cheap in some way, even though a lot of people haven't heard it
