It was a no brainer Norway would win. Glad I put a fiver on them to win, it almost covered my other flop bets (I put money on Albania... oooooops!).

Well done Jade, 5th is amazing. Obviously i'd have prefered it if she stayed second, but she did amazingly well.

 

Very pleased for Iceland aswell. Cant remember how Portugal, Malta, Sweden etc did but i dont think Spain did all that well. Shame.

Norway have been the favourotes since the VERY beginning of the National Selections, since he even got through the Semi of Norge Melodi Grand Prix, so please stop talking $h!t.

 

Yes i'm 'talking $h!t' - I wasnt saying Norways win was fixed, but that many elements just highlight political voting. Everytime an eastern block country such as Estonia gave 12 to Bosnia or the likes i LOL'd good and proper.

 

As for Norway, down to personal opinion i guess, but imo the song is nothing great :/

i can see why norway win it is the kind of song you can see people loving i meant to add a huge well done to azerbaijan aswell i love dthe song and they did so well i voted azerbaijan and the uj and both done brilliant so im very happy with that i was hoping azerbailjan would have got 2nd over iceland...i didnt rate the iceland song too high but again its the type of song i understand bein popular any one of tonight top 5 was far better than last years winner i think............im delighted crotaia didnt do great!!

Nothing political, neighbour voting will ALWAYS be a part of the voting in here. And plus Estonia is quite not the same block with Bosnia :heehee:

You've also got to remember that countries in certain parts of the world have similar tastes. Our chart is similar to the Irish chart, so there's no reason why Bosnia's music taste isn't going to be similar to countries around it. If they send a fairly big Bosnian artist they're likely to be well known in that country and recieve points as a result....
