One is PFA player of the year and one is Writers' player of the year?

Every piece of Man Utd propaganda I see is undoubtebly $h!t. Probably made up by people who've never been to a game in their life.

We do have fans in Manchester, you know? i doubt you're even from Liverpool, chum.

Yes true, but I have scouse family so bleh.

And i'd place 50p that they weren't made up by people from Manchester. Its always the case.

So if you were at Anfield one game, it'd mean that there'd be one more person there who wasn't scouse, what's your point?

Erm i'm not making a point? I'm just saying Man Utd fans make $h!t propaganda. Just my opinion.

I've seen far better and funnier stuff from Arsenal fans, Liverpool fans, Spurs fans etc.

I don't think Liverpool fans can laugh at Manchester United fans, though.

Maybe you should concentrate on stopping your own players fighting each other, first.

LOL

Silly Liverpool fans. Apparently it's now 'Come back when you've won 18 and 5'. No doubt they'll bring the League Cup tally into play next season too

=/ at what this thread has become though. There's no real need to spam it up with endless pictures..

I'm hardly laughing. If anything i'm f***ing elated of what Liverpool have achieved this season. Proved loads of doubters wrong, got the experience of what its like to be in a title race etc. - so i'm full of optisism for next season.

Not seen the incident as I was out but from what I hear i'd hardly call it a fight. Just Carra going a bit OTT.

And to be fair I don't think back in 1990 any Liverpool fan thought their team would get f***ed over so badly by one of their former players and cause what happened to the club... but $h!t happens.

LOL

these are pictures of our title winning team without watermarks, either say thanks or don't look, cheers.

I'm well aware what they are. I'm also well aware that anyone who was in any way interested about seeing them would be able to direct themselves to google.

This topic is for discussion not 6 posts worth of pictures. It makes the forum look untidy and difficult to read, "cheers".

I think you stand corrected, when you say you can find these pictures on google, i beg to differ.

And because you're a moderator of a $h!t forum you think you can act big and tough, oh right, fair enough.

I don't see where the hatred is coming from? :s

I've just told you to stop posting pictures as it clogs the forum up and would put people off engaging in meaningful discussion if they have to sift through all that first. If I wanted to abuse my power thinking i was 'big and tough' I'd have been warning you. If you want to act like a petulant little child then so be it, but you won't last very long around here..

i doubt you're even from Liverpool, chum.

Does that really matter?

I'm a Man Utd supporter who's normally from the St Andrews area of scotland, my mums side of the family are all Man Utd supporters, they hailed from Chester. Hell, my mums brother lives in Spain now. Does that make us less of a fan? My Gran didn't miss a match home or away for 3 years straight.

And before you ask.

Leeds United vs Man U, f***ed if i can remember the year [just after the north stand opened, late 90's] We won 5-4 i think, and i sat back row of the then New North Stand. and i've done the stadium tour

Just because someone isn't a local doesn't mean they can't be a fan, and nor does being a local make you a 'better' fan

There will be a big party tonight at Howard Webb's house

They owe a bg chunk of this to him

If Ronaldo goes they will fall apart

No replacemet for him will get as many goals and assists, they will be Top 3 still yes but won't win title without Ronaldo

Typical Spurs fan then! You probably think Heskey is rubbish and would play 11 attacking minded players if you were in charge with two strikers who can't play together that were selected because they 'both scored lots of goals' Look you've the financial force and the pedigree to compete with the top four just stop spending so much money on rubbish English players and sacking your manager every five seconds! We won it because we're the best TEAM and have the depth to replace players who are injured. Ronaldo is a great player but I personally rate Rooney as our most important player though I have a feeling Ronaldo might stay and I pray to god that Tevez does stay.

Also has anyone noticed that whoever wins the title every year people always complain they have the decisions for them? Liverpool in the 80's, Chelsea a few years ago and now us, see a pattern :kink:

Oh and we need three more trophies and we'll officially have won more trophies than Liverpool.[/Cocky glouting]

Call me biased but Liverpool will win the league next year. Every year we've been edging closer. Next season we should be able to improve on our current squad and here's hoping Gerrard and Torres will stay fit all season. I'm already very confident about next season as our current first XI is as good as Man Utd's and hopefully over the summer our squad will be able to match theirs.

Ronaldo and Tevez will leave imo. I'm not sure what sort of damage it will leave Man Utd, but definitely over recent times statistics have shown when Ronaldo has been suspended or injured they've struggled. We'll see. Ronaldo is good, but he's not as good as he's made out to be. The only thing they probably won't be able to replace is his free kicks, as someone like Valencia or Ribery could easily replace Man Utd, but then I don't think how the front 4 all change around would work as well personally. Tevez I defininitely believe is off - where he'll end up is an entirely different question however. I really do get a sneaking feeling he'll go to Liverpool... has too many Rafa-like qualities.

I seriously if you keep Alonso and got a couple of key additions then you actually really can do it! The main problem you had this year is that you drew too many games otherwise it's the best I've seen you lot play since under Houllier in 2001! The fact that you've got other players like Alonso, Mascherano and Kuyt playing well as well your rock (by which I mean Carragher, Gerrard and Torres) has made a HUGE difference so I'd be very suprised if we're not the top two again next year.

Bitterness in football will always be present. This forum alone shows how rife it is..

You're missing my point.

If you read up, he said, ''none of them have probably been to a game'' or something, meaning, none of them are from/or live in Manchester.

So, tell me, why didn't you quote him?

Erm no offence but Man Utd must have millions of supporters, and Manchester doesn't have a population of million so I rest my case. I implied that the people who make all the $h!t posters and stuff don't go to Man Utd games. And i'd place money that they don't. Its always the case with any big team. As much of a Liverpool fan I am i'm not a proper supporter as I don't get to go to all the games and I can admit that. What annoys me is all the plastic fans who can't even admit this and can't take off their tinted specs.

Jamie Carragher has insisted Pepe Reina's bid for this season's Golden Glove award was behind his on-field disagreement with Alvaro Arbeloa during Liverpool's 2-0 victory at West Brom.

Goals in each half from Steven Gerrard and Dirk Kuyt secured victory for the Reds at The Hawthorns - and ended the Baggies' stay in the Premier League.

West Brom fought hard for a way back into the game in the latter stages, and created a number of chances which had Carragher seething with frustration.

"We can't win the league now but there are a number of targets we can aim for," said Carragher after the game. "We want to keep a clean sheet and we want Pepe to have a chance of the Golden Glove for the third season running. Pepe is one behind Van der Sar now and there's a chance Van der Sar won't play next week, so we wanted to make sure he got a clean sheet today.

"To be honest we were a bit lackadaisical in our defending all through the game and they had too many chances.

"Maybe we took it a bit too easy and let them attack us too much, but that was one of the toughest games I've played in all season. We go all over Europe playing top teams and we play against the best sides in this country, but that was one of the hardest games we've had."

Carragher admits he's disappointed Liverpool's title chances have been ended for another season, but he's already looking forward to the prospect of making another challenge next year.

"It's hard to win the Premier League because our top four sides plus Barcelona probably make up the best five sides in Europe," he said. "That's the challenge we face.

"You can look at the statistics from this season and it's impressive that we've only lost two games and scored lots of goals, but United have got more points than us and credit to them because that's what matters.

"We have to make sure we finish second now and win our last game of the season next weekend."

ahahha, how the mighty have fallen

VDS actually has one more cleansheet than Reina, so if Liverpool don't let one in Vs Spurs, he'll only be level with VDS, anyway
