I think they left Norway till last as a kind of record victory climax type of thing. The producers see all the results just before we see the votes coming in, so they could have organized it. :)

This can be true, although the Hungarian presenter said that Moscow might have lost Norway in the phone (camera whatever), though that sounds a bit odd tbh in these modern times. :blink:
