Indeed it was. I have now edited the permissions so members and mods can reply, not just Admin and GM.

Please let me know if it is still not working.

Its best for a member to answer this, as I got access of the whole board

How comes it is open again

It not like there going to be any more new material or gigs or controversies about his private life and discussion of his death is very active in the Lounge

Some members wanted it open, if you don't like it, don't visit the forum. End of.
Call me dumb but where is it :P

Pretty huffy, puffy response there Martin...... -_- Craig made a perfectly valid point... Why should a closed Forum be opened up again just to post a few "sympathy" threads which could just as easily be posted in Pop, Retro or The Lounge.....? And, frankly it doesn't actually seem all that active tbh, more people are posting in the already existing threads as I see it... The one in the Lounge has had 18 pages of responses, and even Mushy's is doing better with over 70 responses in total.....

Again, blatant favouritism..... If Steve Tyler drops dead tomorrow, would you reopen the Aerosmith Forum if myself, Craig, Josh or Chris asked.....? Frankly, Steve Tyler dying would be a far greater loss to music, IMHO......

If his death resulted in the sort of mass mourning we're experiencing atm, with the likelihood of tribute concerts, songs and re-releases to come, then yes of course. It's not favouritism at all.

And you have to ignore Martin, he gets easily hot and bothered.

If that's the case then mate, why is the AF a virtual ghost town....? Seriously, go and have a look.... Hardly any of the new posts have had much of a response..... Richard's posting up 50 top Jacko vids, there's a topic about "what MJ song are you listening to now" which was started in 2006, but virtually sod all else mate...... Whereas the already existing topics in The Lounge and Retro are red hot by comparison....... I question the necessity tbh.....

Well as much as we TRY to be Grimly, we are not psychic. We can only guess that people will use it and we can't force people to either... if it remains largely unused it will go away again. It REALLY is not worth discussing tbh.
