Me too... Robbie, Madonna and Whitney should be amazing guests!
only watching the auditions this year, after the winner of last year's fix factor.

Alexandra won fair and square. :P

It looks a hell of a lot like BGT tbh.

I don't like the fact that the auditions are infront of audiences now.

I preferred them in the quiet room, with the 4 judges and the act.

Me too, but it would be a bit boring though nothing would be different besides the artists. But if it don't work then 2010 can go back to original way.

Loving the adverts - the live audience is either going to be amazing or disasterous. Based on advert I'm quite excited to see the change!

Live Sunday night result show confirmed.

I'm happy knowing it's live. No leaks at least.

X Factor weekends will be amamzing :cheer:

Talk about wanting to make more money  More time to vote = more votes = more money

So true :heehee:

Or as they like to spin it:

Saturday will continue to be a showcase for the act’s performances whilst the results will be the centrepiece of a new peak time Sunday evening show, alongside performances from a range of special guest superstars. Both Saturday and Sunday’s The X Factor shows will be broadcast live, with viewers also having a greater opportunity to vote for their chosen act over the weekend.

Elaine Bedell said: “The X Factor just keeps getting bigger and better, with last year’s series breaking records as the most popular yet, so we’re delighted to be offering ITV1 viewers more of what they want. The new Sunday results show will be a fantastic way of building excitement and anticipation across two nights of live television and with performances from some extra special guest stars The X Factor will now be an event spectacular across the whole weekend.”

Following the ITV1 shows, ITV2’s The Xtra Factor will also be broadcast on both Saturday and Sunday nights during the live stage of the series.

VERY excited. Looks like great show tonight.

Scary to think, no more free Saturday nights until like the 19th December! :o

Yes ... but its more humiliating to have an audience there as well ... to laugh along with Simon and Louis's comments! The audience is, if you like, a fifth bully to mock the idiots who've been put through by the shows researchers and producers (who've probably told these sad fools that they have talent). Humiliation is after all what 90% the audition stage is about, otherwise we wouldn't have this ......

Imagine if there was a device that allowed one to record televisual screenings http://img.photobucket.com/albums/0903/Star2003/ce672e1c.gif

Imagine if I owned it lol!

Watching/chatting  live is all part of the fun :heehee:

The fun starts tonight, I don't know what I like the most the performances or the auditions, as sometimes the auditions can be a right laugh, with some idiots

How can there be anyone question? The auditions are borderline cruel and after a while move from amusing to tedious. The live shows feature actual talent and give us the chance to help form a popstar.

Can I be the first to congratulate Simon Cowell winning the judges category with former One True Voice lead singer Daniel Pearce (whom had a major role in the musical Jailhouse Rock and has played on material for JLS' forthcoming debut album).

Knowing how Simon Cowell has not made up with Pete Waterman after Pete heavily helped out on the hilarious Britain's Got The Pop Factor ....... spoof last year, it really would not surprise me if he tries to manufacture this result to get back at "the Waterman".

Personally, I can't wait for Peter Kay's third and final installment of his spoof Geraldine McQueen character on Channel 4 featuring a host of former Reality TV contestants (coughs: Brookstein, McManus, Quinn, etc) as Geraldine suffers the backlash of short-lived popularity and declining fame from Reality TV. Plus a corresponding rumoured charity ensemble single to be released in November presumably co-written by a certain GB.

Going to watch it without my laptop..see how long I last :heehee:

Cant wait :D
