I thought it could go either way tbh. There are never any ballads in this, so I thought it could do well, but then on the other hand I sort of wondered why there are never any ballads in it...

tbh, I wouldn't say I'm that much a part of it. I don't ALWAYS vote for those countries ... and my entry this time isn't RnB either really.

I dont know why people moan about blocks? I mean its all down to personal taste, surely there are indie/rock blocks, pop blocks, etc...

there's no such thing as a 'block' some people like some pop songs, some people like some non-pop songs but I can't think of any one person that will only vote for one genre of music

AFAIK no one moans about blocs, if you ask me, i just find it pretty funny to have something like that, nothing more, let alone accusations etc.

I wouldn't say anyone 'moans' about blocs - and it's a fair generalisation I would say. Nobody's going to make the claim that these countries (along with the indie/alt bloc, the Europop/chart bloc) will ONLY vote for one genre of music, but it's pretty obvious that these countries do favour certain genres over others - and again, that isn't even necessarily a bad thing, it's just human nature? I don't think it should even be offensive FFS, it's just a statement of someone's tastes and that they are LIKELY to vote for something, not necessarily an indicator of foul play...
