July 24, 200915 yr meh there's a reasonable good chance i actually had swine flu just before i came back from Aus. i'm fine, all i did was stay in bed for a couple of days watchin Bones to sweat it out. Not more than a case of flu tbh. It did leave me highly addicted to Bones. To the point of tears when i ran out of episodes from the lot i'd stolen off a mates hard drive and had to hunt online for the rest. Man that was a weird week, i was all over the place and i felt like it'd been hit by a cruiseship doing a couple of thousand mile an hour

July 27, 200915 yr Third Sugababe struck down by severe flu Keisha Buchanan has become the third Sugababes star to be struck down by illness in just seven days. The group were forced to pull promotional duties for new single 'Get Sexy' last week after Amelle Berrabah and Heidi Range were diagnosed with a "severe bout of flu". Writing on her Twitter blog, Buchanan confirmed that she was now experiencing flu symptoms. "Blocked nose, head hurts, my back is aching & the house is hot but im under my duvet in a thick jumper freezing..." she wrote. "Been up since 5am, I was thinking positive so ive been soldiering on. BUT im not great..." Buchanan insisted that she was unsure as to whether she had swine flu, which infected over 100,000 people in Britain last week. "Dont read into it as anything!!!!! It might be a case of food poisoning. Keep you posted... But for now im going to try and go back to to sleep."
