Mr Hudson and Kanye West breeze through, conceiving only a single vote, while The Black Eyed Peas scrape it in, getting eight votes. Chicane is the unfortunate act to have to face the playoff after taking a tenth vote. However, since he did come third, he has hope - Chicane goes along with Lily Allen, Tinchy Stryder & N-Dubz and La Roux to the playoff round. Two will go to the final along with Mr Hudson & Kanye West, The Black Eyed Peas, Jordin Sparks, Noisettes, The Veronicas, Pixie Lott, Little Boots and Sub Focus, the other two perish.
