Whilst I've never been a fan of Liverpool and moreso Rafa I'm enjoying Liverpool's current run more than I would normally. I quite like sitting next two Liverpool fans at work when it's exactly three months to the day since my team lost a game in the league...

Liverpool are going through hard times. Confidence is rock bottom at the club and you can tell. Fact is we only have it hard because Liverpool is Liverpool. Rafa's under immense pressure and he's expected to challange for the title with a budget lower than some of the clubs challenging for the Top6. I've no doubt we'll still finish Top4, but confidence needs to be injected back into the players and i've a funny feeling that we'll come good as a team come February/March. Yes it might be too late, but we'll see.

Ha at United at as well. Least that will keep Liverpool off the back pages...

Meanwhile we'd love to laugh but we got convingly beaten 3-0 :(

My Facebook feed earlier was full of people laughing... seems what goes around comes around as they were all Man Utd fans.

Man City: Mark Hughes out = Roberto Mancini in ????

Now a fact confirmed by Machester City & Radio 5 Live.

Carlisle game postponed, but still manage to stay in the top half of the table.

Hmm, have Fulham become Manchester United's least favourite team to play? :P

3-0 vs Preston. Well worth being out in minus temperatures for 3 1/2 hours!

I genuinely believe this team is the best Forest team I've ever seen... Paul McKenna is magic!

Another win :cheer:

Nico Kranjcar has to be the bargain buy of the decade what a fukkin player :o under 2m before add ons

We are going to pay dearly for those 2 pathetic home displays against Stoke and Wolves though :(

Sad to see Hughes go, to be fair he's done a bit better than I expected, as it does take time for players to gel, but all those draws really were just as bad as defeats in some ways.

Hopefully Mancini will flat on his face ala Strachan :(

Arsenal bias on MOTD. How the Nasri incident didn't gain a mention afterwards I don't know. Should have been straight red!

It's such a strange season this year. Chelsea and Man Utd must have lost about 4 games each this season already?! Is weird!

Bargain of the DECADE?! LOL

Craig I hate to be biased but bargin buy of the decade has got to be Samii Hyypia.

Niko's been good for Spurs, but you only got him so cheap because of the mess Pompey were in...!

Hyypia was 1999! :P

I think with 5 goals from midfield including three in 1-0 wins Lee Bowyer is ahead of Krancjar for bargain of the season, let alone decade...

Mick McCarthy is a clown.

The man has lost the plot.

Wolves are overrated.

Stop me if you've heard this one before; Sunderland take lead through Bent, Sunderland immediately sit back and try to defend one-goal lead, opposing team start piling on pressure, Sunderland defence eventually cracks under said pressure, opposing team scores a sloppy, shitty, awful, scrappy, needless goal late on to nick point(s). To save myself the hassel of going to the Bolton game on the 9th of Jan, i'll just re-watch the Portsmouth/Everton highlights because attending matches at the SoL is like re-living groundhog day over and over. The same things happen time and time again, and to be honest it's starting to get a bit tedious now.

Another postponement for Carlisle over the Christmas break and a 0-0 draw at Tranmere.

Tomorrow, we have Everton away in the F.A. Cup.

I have been looking at the Premier League fixtures. If both Aston Villa and Birmingham both continue to do well this season, it could prove an interesting encounter on the 25th April.

Non league teams are always the worst draws in football!! On paper they're easy ties, but they'll be dead up for it. If Oxford go through they'll bring a big crowd (which I reckon they will).

But non-league teams are the teams you want to avoid in the FA Cup. On paper they're easy games, but trust me the standard of football in the Conference is extremely good, the top teams in the League are probably on a par with the League 2 clubs imo and it's the players cup finals, so any half arsed performances from senior players thinking it will be a breeze, then they'll be in for a shock!

3-0, our keeper rarely troubled. Hardly an enjoyable match but Fulop didn't have all that much to do and in the end the difference in class showed. An average performance from our players, but an easy win in the end. Fair play to Barrow for their support but it didn't count for much. Bring on the next round :)

Barrow are $h!t though. :P

Well played by York. Gutted I couldn't go as I was working but we out sang Stoke aka "best fans in da country" and gave them a game only top be un-done by Stoke in their set-pieces, which have always been a struggle for us.
