Hey everyone.

 

I contacted a few I know at Sony Music here in New Zealand a couple of days ago while at work - I'm on their promotions list so they were easy to get hold of. The guy just rang a few minutes ago with basic information you all probably know. The release date in New Zealand for the singles collection is November 20th.

 

I've known that some people have been a bit unsure with regards to the release date being 27th October or 13th November, which may possibly be true depending on the region but I think it's safe to assume that we'll be getting the singles collection in November sometime.

 

Asking him about tracklisting details: No information currently. About the box set: He said that there's no plans for releasing that in New Zealand (which I assumed would be the case due to the small population size and therefore lesser market) so I can't speak for other countries. He did say that it'll be just like another greatest hits collection so don't expect anything fancy, or get your hopes up for any re-recordings as they may just not happen.

 

New tracks will obviously be happening.

 

Anyway, I suppose this is just a regurgitation of what most of you already know, but thought I'd give you official confirmation of at least one release date in the world. I'll keep you posted on any more information - the guy will be keeping in touch and I will with you guys accordingly.

That last one seems quite passable. 3 new tracks ain't bad considering we'll probably get a new album next year anyways. Poster, DVD, remix package sounds like a good incentive to me.

The artwork could be a whole lot worse. Just compare it to most of the crap other artists have been coming out with. :kink: At least none of her album covers have been totally down the tubes in my opinion that is.

But it could be worse where her last Greatest Hits album seemed to look even less like her actual self than this.
