Well the X Factor effect is officially in full swing. Sex On Fire back up to No.13. Also I see daft punk at No.64... could that possibly be because of its use in Big Brother? I can't think of any other obvious reason.

Wow I've just looked at next week's schedule, three big releases. Pixie Lott - Boys and Girls, MIKA - We Are Golden and Muse - Uprising. I did initally think Mika would be able to get another #1 with "We Are Golden" but now I'm not so sure. Who do you think will get to #1? Personally I don't think Sugababes will be able to get a second week at the top spot what with these three new releases. Also Eva Simons is apparently released next week, can't see her even cracking the top 75 sadly.
I reckon it'll be Pixie with Sugababes falling to #2. Mika and Muse will be top 5 i should think. The following week Madonna will get it. Shakira and Basshunter will be top 5 contenders from week commencing 21st September too, lots of 1 weekers ahead I'd imagine. Then its the calm before the storm with Alexandra in mid October (if Robbie's comeback is any good i think he could give her a run for her money IMO, especially as her XFactor performance is AFTER the single is out).
Get Sexy #4 on iTunes Album Chart.
Pixie isn't out until next week. Or did you mean it'll be Pixie next week?

Lots to follow this week, excited to see how these do

- Sugababes Get Sexy

- Dolly Rockers Gold Digger

- Jay-Z/Rihanna/Kanye Run This Town

- Booty Luv Say It

- Wale/Lady GaGa Chillin

I think Pixie will get to number one now, at first I would have said Mika definitely. But I've hardly seen the video on the music channels or heard it on the radio, I think it will still go top ten though. Muse hopefully top 5, but Uprising doesn't have a music video so has had no video airplay.

First signs of action...

220. Sugababes - Get Sexy

294. Jay-Z/Rihanna/Kanye - Run This Town
