JAY-Z IS #1 :o

Okay, I can appreciate a good video in a song that I hate, but this is wrong imo. The Jay-Z video is immense. Sugababes video is average, quite good at best.

Confirmed. JayZ now 1 bar ahead.

I saw it coming to be honest, the Jay Z & Co track has got legs more than anything, it seems to be a potential #1, in a way I feel really gutted for the Sugababes its a great track, but not that great if you catch my drift, but to deny them a #1, just by a hair's breath its like a knife stabbed in the back.
So, it has happened. Now it depends on how strong Sugas physicals will be + how they will perform on other sites compared to Jay-Z and what longevity both tracks will have.
I'd now say Jay-Z will be this week's #1 afterall, and Sugababes #2.

They may well be. All depends on physical sales and how well they can track to JayZ in the downloads. It's certainly not over. I do think JayZ could be #1 on iTunes for the remainder of the week yet still end up #2 on overall sales for the week. This is why the situation is so very interesting.

This is possibly the first time I really hope the Sugas DON'T make #1. I'd hate for them to think this cynical attempt to appeal to chavs is the way forward. GO JAY-Z. OR SHARON CORR.

Whatever the physical Sugababes sales are, they will certainly be better then JayZ's zero!

agreed, they're just aiming at the US urban market already saturated by...US urban surprisingly enough!

 

just go back to the pure British pop sound for god sake Sugas, it's what you're best at and it's what we love you for :drama:

Well they have recently. The week "No Can Do" was released, it was low top 40 and not even the top 40 for most of the week, and it managed to make #23.

Of course they have had strong physical sales in the past!
