PS Technical issue with Amazon downloader appeared to be use of different browser. Eventually tested with free singles which then work and then could download Shakira when customer services re-enabled track for download. Glad it's sorted, but you can see why people use iTunes cuz it's so much easier.

I'll wait for the official version, thank you. Though admittedly, delaying the release until 20th Sep (per Amazon) only encourages piracy/cover versions.
