ATB flopped, nation in mourning for recent poor run of form, Ricardo Delta blamed for 'getting a life and not investing much time in BJSC', Pavel hiding in shame after realising that we can't just smash with anything and that all of our previous hits have been fully deserved and not hits only because FSR Rontvia sent them.

HOLD AWN. I NEVER SAID THAT. I was just saying that people are more likely to give you an extra chance because you're Rontvia.

(but nevertheless happy you've flopped)

Undeserved flop imo. I didn't award it much points but I still gave it something and thought the track was rather pleasant as well!

Shocked that the song was this low, but in terms of the contest I don't really think any song deserved to be Bottom 7 so it was a case of HAD TO BE SOMEONE

that score is nothing to sniff at~

Ashton has declared a day of mourning for this undeserved result right after the weekend of celebration at our top5.

Deserved to do so much better :(

Sorry you missed out on votes for me, it was good but other things were just better :( Same thing goes for Silas tbh (though I always preferred MutMut).

Yeah, same for me - you were a 7.5/10 country (the same rating that got Numayania 2pts), and I think it was a really good song, there was just others that stood about a little bit more for me.

I have no doubts you'll be back with a bang next contest!

Siobhan is my least favourite of the three original Sugababes, but Medevac is a proper 11/10 moment and Ghosts manages to single handedly outclass everything 3.0 and 4.0 have done and ever will do.

Devine Godess MutMut is flawless.

I'm also surprised at FSR Rontvia's low placing in the final. Thought it'd collect a lot of middle to low points - enough to be comfortably within the top 20, moreso around the 11-15 area.

I gave the track 1 point so at least I made a small contribution. :D I have to admit, I much prefer 'Could You Believe' from 2010 in comparison.

Norwegian singer Jenny Langlo is Rontvia's 47th entrant

Norway's Idol 2011 winner Jenny Langlo will be representing FSR Rontvia in the 47th edition of BJSC with the song Million Dollar Signs. The gorgeous string-laden epic is the second ballad sent by FSR Rontvia this year, following Rae Morris' Don't Go. Ricardo Delta of the RTVN said "Million Dollar Signs has a really timeless feel to it and after a few months of sending dance music and pop we felt that it was time to send something a bit more classy. We hope it goes down well in The Buzzjack World. Our results haven't been up to scratch this year but we're still 4th for the year which is still a position to be proud of". The song leapt from #31 to #4 in the most recent Rontvian chart and is expected to climb higher in the coming weeks.

Langlo crashes, RTVN in despair

So once again, FSR Rontvia have flopped, finding themselves languishing outside the top 20 for a second consecutive month whilst Aeroche win for a second time, marking 2012 as the worst ever year for the nation. Ricardo Delta said 'the face of the contest has changed more in the last few months than it ever has before. We had a mini indie-invasion in late 2009/early 2010 but its been largely pop dominated aside from that. However, we will continue to plough on in search of great discoveries and hope for better next month. Aeroche's winner was excellent and charted inside the Rontvia charts at #25 last week, so we can't complain too much'. Prance Faris' Flares remains the nation's most successful entry during 2012, finishing 3rd in the first contest of the year.

Rush fails to win much love, Whigfield stolen!

FSR Rontvia's run of bad luck during 2012 has continued as Frida Amundsen's Rush, the nation's 48th entry, failed to win much support and it was a third straight bottom ten finish following the flops from ATB and Jenny Langlo. It was hoped that Danish star Whigfield would turn this form around with her new single 4Ever, which climbed to No.1 in FSR Rontvia last week. However the singer controversially accepted the offer to represent an alternative, as yet undisclosed, nation to much uproar and disgust amongst the Rontvian public who have taken the song to their hearts. One deflated bystander said "I just hope that the country she agreed to represent love the song as much as we do!" The RTVN have confirmed another entry in the time being, more details to follow at a later date.

Poor FSR Rontvia. Other countries would consider bottom 10 in the final a success.

Will there be political tension between FSR Rontvia and the Whigfield stealing country? :o (I can only think of one country who could've confirmed the track)

Is it Pavel :drama:

Is it Pavel :drama:

I guess confirming a song that I haven't heard before is indeed very Pavel!

I found out who it was, they PM'd me to admit it!

In other news, I still get goosebumps every time I listen to Rae Morris' Don't Go, can I just send that again, but with people actually taking notice this time? :D

That's definitely my favourite of your entries since I've been participating! Such a beautiful track.

Oh they've admitted it via PM. Oh I wonder who it could possibly be! ;)

Don't worry, it wasn't me! After No Excuses-gate and all that!
