US electro act Owl City are currently #1 on the Billboard charts with Fireflies. (Amazing) Album track Umbrella Beach is the first song to be considered on the shortlist of this internal selection. Swedish singer Caroline Jönsson presents her Eurovision-tastic sounding song By My Side which has a key change, a triumphant finish and comes in just shy of three minutes...she is also part of the Melodifestivalen choir apparently? surely this was once in contention for MF 2009? And finally, Danish singer Aura Dione presents I Will Love You Monday (365) to the selection. But who will become FSR Rontvia's 22nd entrant?

different song in contention now Freeze, I threw away Fireflies in place of Music Everywhere, which I don't regret one bit...both are amongst my favourites of the year :wub:

But I really think you vastly overrate I Remember Love...it's a pretty run of the mill ballad I think, almost her entire "Moving On" album is better!

dropped her already :kink: and I love I Remember Love :wub: it's simplicity is its genius in my eyes...the Moving On album is good but overproduced in places, I love a good piano ballad

I love most of the songs on that album, so some pointage from me is definitely still in contention if chosen :wub:
