Rules:

1 Design one cover (Single or Album) per week, you have the option to change your cover as many times as you want as long it meets the closing deadline. And please edit your original cover.

 

2 The Cover Design should always be your own creation, and no one else's. All forms of cheating will result in removal from the Leaderboard.

 

3 New members are welcome to join anytime and any member of Buzzjack can vote not just the cover designers, in the voting thread once set up at the end of the week. You cannot vote for your own covers. And don't forget its a cover competition, you are voting for a cover not your favourite artist or for your favourite member.

 

4 A winner will be announced every four months and the Leaderboard will then be set back to zero.

 

5 The Cover Voting Thread will be posted after all covers are submitted, I will give an extension if needed at my own discretion. The voting thread will close on every Sunday at 10:00pm (UK time), the winning cover will be revealed after the votes have been counted.

 

6 Any votes submitted after 10pm will not be counted, same goes for PM votes.

 

7 I will send one and only one reminder each Saturday evening to Cover Designers that have not submitted votes during the voting period.

 

8 If you are not playing any more, please let me know if you wish your name to be removed from the Leaderboard.

 

9 Please let me know your change of Display Name, sometimes its hard to keep track of who's who

I may be back to school. But I'll do my best to make a cover for the contest, because I've never cared about my studies. I find it a task rather than pleasure. :lol:

I've never done this before, but I want to have a go. My computer only has "Paint", so do you think I'll be able to do a good enough cover just in "Paint"?

 

Muse, Pixie & Mika are my favourite songs this week so I'll probably try one of them, but I'll do whatever I have the best idea for.

I started off by using Paint, and it did the job for me quite nicely give it a try its best to start of on something quite simple than expand on it later on, after that I found a free download which members posted about, which is Corel Paint Shop Pro X, and just play around.

I'll try my best to keep entering, but I'm off to uni in 12 days so I might be a bit preoccupied! :P

I might prep a few covers before I leave.
