8pm Eastern European Time

9pm Russia - Moscow Time

It'll be something about nominations for Best of: XI-XX one would imagine and then something about how we're going to decide who will take part in XXI.

Doubt it. The Best Of is after XXI. :o

I hope/think it is going to be a thread where people have to reserve a spot in the contest, first 50/51/52?? to request a spot have a spot in the semi finals :)

This is a VERY improtant announcement like mods said, i doubt it'll be JUST about reserving places in the XXI :lol:
