Posted September 8, 200915 yr This has nothing to do with this site what-so-ever, it's more personal use, but I wasn't sure where to ask so I'll ask here, if no replies in a couple of days or so I will ask in Lounge etc... I've had my laptop for a good while now, and I didn't realise the product code to use Microsoft Office 2007 was on the bottom of my laptop until it had worn out and was not visible enough to make out the code. Is there anything I can do without having to pay for a brand new kit or anything? Or will I have to pay £60 or however much it costs for a brand new one?
September 9, 200915 yr well i'd say, you would need a product code B) I have one, i'll sell you it for £20.
September 11, 200915 yr do you already have it installed on your laptop? I believe you can view the product code when you open office?

September 12, 200915 yr Author I am such a technophobe! I honestly don't know how to look for it  I've requested for a 60-day trial code for now though so it's not all bad  Thankyou for your help and I'll keep trying to look for it LOL!
September 12, 200915 yr if you have excel, word etc installed then open up the application and (in Excel) go to Help >> About Microsoft Excel. It shows your product key there.
