Posted January 18, 201016 yr new single, tribute to Stephen Gately, featuring his vocals prominently - written by Mika :o I loved Love You Anyway/Better/Can't Stop Thinking About You but this is great, the album could be very good indeed iq4KDn6lDdY
January 18, 201016 yr Seen this on Yahoo like at a minute before you made a thread about it. :heehee:
January 18, 201016 yr Haven't actually given this a listen until now. The verses really reminded me of Mika. Ha! Hoping they would release this really soon. :D
January 18, 201016 yr Author second listen and I absolutely love this, but what the hell was the need for that reggae beat that comes in in the second verse
January 18, 201016 yr Awww, nice song! It's a bit boring though imo, and that reggae beat is strange in a Boyzone song
January 18, 201016 yr I liked it until the reggae beat came in, it was a WTF moment. Should do well because it's a tribute.
January 18, 201016 yr Author had strings been introduced to the song in the second verse, as opposed to steel pans, this could have been a ballad of epic proportions :o I seriously love this though anyway!
January 18, 201016 yr THis will easily go to number 1 i think as seeing as its a tribute fan all boyzone and stephen fans will buy it along with randomers.
January 18, 201016 yr You can tell that Mika wrote it, you can also tell why Mika chose not to record it for his album either (although it sounds like he's doing backing vocals for the last chorus, unless it's Boyzone taking the p***). It'll probably be number 1.
January 18, 201016 yr Author Mika should have put it on his current album - it would have been better than the rest of the trash he put on there :( he could have restructured it and sung it in a way that could have made it gorgeous like Happy Ending or My Interpretation...
January 19, 201016 yr On first listen i thought the song was ok, but i agree with the reggae vibe, i mean WTF? Totally unnecessary and took the emotional ballad element away from it!
January 22, 201016 yr Author I find it odd that most of the big 90's boybands are currently active again apart from 5ive, 'NSync and East 17 Westlife, Take That, Boyzone, A1, Backstreet Boys shame only two are still mega-successful - I love Boyzone and A1's new material and Straight Through My Heart by BSB should have been big
January 22, 201016 yr I cant see Boyzone lasting much longer tbh, I dont think they'll be able to go on without Stephen for a long time
