Really, no changing please. Unless you realize your song breaks some sort of rule, your song shouldn't be changed, so choose wisely! Only confirm when you're absolutely certain. If you REALLY absolutely have to change your song and you'll just DIE with the song you've currently confirmed, I'll make an exception, but no more than that. If you're waiting for a song to leak, then wait for it to leak first!

not as many as last time though is there!?! I think a lot of people will be put off by the fact that they can't change their entry...a lot of people will probably be hoping a big future hit comes up in the next 9 days in the So What/Love Song/I Kissed A Girl mould

I think it's a bit silly that people can't change thier entries. If the odds thread isn't open until after this ends then wheres the need for this rule in the first place? I think the whole seeing their odds then changing their songs was the whole thinking behind this rule wasn't it?

 

It feels too restrictive and I wouldn't be surprized if we actually don't get as many entries or at least have everyone confirming at the last minute. :mellow:

I get what you're saying.....but I don't think many people usually change thier songs anyway. The last contest was just a special case as when many people saw they're bad odds they changed the song.

 

All you'd have to do is not open the odds thread and the amount of song changes would most likly go down to only one or two per contest. (I'd presume anyway, maybe not even that)
