I hated her vocals on the demo. She sounded drunk and it was a complete mess (vocally) imo. So much better in full and finished! :D

I agree, I hated the demo. It only grew on me slightly after I felt ashamed hating a GaGa single.

 

The full studio version on the otherhand is proper Shontelle Lush! :wub:

I think this has a similar (ish) sound to Poker Face in certain parts which is why I think everyone likes it so much.
