January 3, 201015 yr its over now... it will start dropping im afriad it just wasnt meant to be top 10. i suspect sales are good though and it should have a decent chart run, hope they get a 3rd single!
January 3, 201015 yr It's in the top 20 still. Broken Heels is just announced as #19 so 'Ego' should probably be #18. :(
January 3, 201015 yr I think it can get Top 10, there are a lot of old songs in front of it, so hopefully they will drop next week. :)
January 3, 201015 yr Not bad, but considering Broken Heels isn't released until January 11th and Playing With Fire isn't released until February yet they're both around the same position as 'Ego' (which is released this week) it's a bit dissapointing. Plus Alex/Sydney/Iyaz/Florence are all gonna bounce up the charts next week as well.

January 3, 201015 yr I'm now hoping this will be their 'I Hate This Part'! :( 2nd single from the 2nd album, failing to reach Top 10, but still manages to outsell and outstay the far inferior first single!

January 3, 201015 yr It started off really well jumping from, what, 98 to 52 and then up to #35, #30 and then #20 last week but it's only moved up three places this week and it's been stuck between #12 - #16 on iTunes virtually all week. No promo next week and apparently alot of people already have the CD version of Ego even though it's not released yet. They'll be sooo lucky to get anything higher than #8 (if they reach the top ten at all).
January 3, 201015 yr 'Ego' Amazon - 3 Play - 13 iTunes - 13 HMV - 25 Edited January 3, 201015 yr by Wordshaker
January 3, 201015 yr I'm now hoping this will be their 'I Hate This Part'! :( 2nd single from the 2nd album, failing to reach Top 10, but still manages to outsell and outstay the far inferior first single! And it also did nothing to help the album more importantly, like this is doing so far. It really NEEDS to reach the higher regions.
January 3, 201015 yr if they did a couple of promos for ego it would of been a defo top ten but every promo they get they do it for forever i think they let this song down becuase it was such a great song but i reli hope it gets top ten!
January 4, 201015 yr I estimate Ego sold around 26k this week, which would have given then a good chance of a Top 10 almost every other week.
January 4, 201015 yr It's the company's fault! Yeah they know how to launch and look after their acts, however they're bloody stupid for releasing singles during the time that they've supposedly having their break! So promo all came early and when they get back, promo would either be too late or they'll want to move onto the next single (if they get one that is!) Didn't they learn when 'The Loving Kind' peaked and dropped, due to them not doing promo upon release week?! ERGHQ
January 4, 201015 yr The Saturdays saying they hope to have their third album out in 2011, over in DigitalSpy.
