Nothing to do with you hosting/winning? :kink: Quality-wise it was rather immense, but it wasn't a particularly inspired contest in general, what with like almost all of the top ten going on to smash up the charts in the following weeks :( I prefer XIX tbh. Loved every single track in that final and most of it was quite inspired too! :wub:

Oh dear, my contest is easily the least flash looking. Luckily it happened to be one of the strongest contests (like VII ^_^) to make up for the shoddy presentation.

 

Will nominate in this soon, I've got an exam in a week I should concentrate on. (read: I'll have them in tomorrow if it means avoiding it)

The only songs that went onto be hits were Bulletproof, Rabbit Heart, and When Love Takes Over...

 

Look at all the AMAZINGNESS in the lower half. That contest is amazing purely for the fact that Animal Collective did well.

 

XIX was eh. Lots of good tracks but not an overload of amazingness like XVI.

IF YOU GOT SOMETHING TO SAY THEN SAY IT, SAY IT, SO GET ME OUTTA HERE, COS MY HEART'S BURNIN'.

 

Et cetera (something about not trusting hos too?). I keep forgetting that Zero and Shark In The Water weren't hits, purely because they were treated as such on BJ :(
