Congrats Xanaga, not one of my faves, but it's nice to see them break their DNQ run :P

Me next :kink: Please :nocheer:

5 places left I think

I think it could be over for Dalisska

i don't see why the lack of indie songs is a bad thing. Pop ftw.

Let's say you hardly prefer indie, that explains everything :P

The Muse song is great but I'm surprised it went through when 'Uprising' failed so miserably.

I guess i'm in the minority but Uprising seems to me one of the weakest songs on album :(

Because it's nice to have something new now and then. We just had the most poppy contest yet and it was pretty boring / lacking in quality. It's nice to see some new stuff popping up.
Pop is still a pretty broad genre though.

New stuff is great but it doesnt have to be indie to be interesting.

Personally i am a pop fan, hence the back catalogue of fempop entries, so the less indie songs for me means the more stuff i'm gonna like :kink:

Oh poop :(

I have NEVER qualified twice in a row! Apart from when I AQ'ed but that doesn't count.

Doesn't look like I'll be breaking that trend any time soon.

Pop is still a pretty broad genre though.

New stuff is great but it doesnt have to be indie to be interesting.

Personally i am a pop fan, hence the back catalogue of fempop entries, so the less indie songs for me means the more stuff i'm gonna like :kink:

Personally I rather see a diverse competition not all one sided, as some of the members are not into the Pop genre. There isn't any need to bag the indie genre. :P

get on with it!

some of us have a gym to get to

:kink:

 Come on you know that's not true. I've had a gym to get to since 2007 :P

Glad Noah went throughhh. ;o Still, the only indie songs that seem to be making it are the bands who have achieved some mainstream success (Muse, Noah and the Whale). I'd love to see Pains get through...

I think the final four from Semi 1 is:

Kingdom of Shadow

Palmyra

Quotosibb

Brokeback Mountain

:o! I'm in shock!

Amazing though :D! Thankyou to everyone who voted. Now vote again in the final and all will be good :P

LOL I don't feel any way nervous about the possibility of me going to DNQ again
