i hope rachel can escape the bottom 2 next wk she needs a break it must be so tough being bottom 2 for 2 weeks in a row, hopefully john and edward and llyod are bottom 2 next week and to be honest i dont care who goes as long as its one of those cats.

Although there's no way Rachel will survive a third week in the bottom two, at least not for the next two or three weeks. Her song choices need to improve drastically.

I actually must say, Flying Without Wings is a stunning song.

 

I agree when sung by Ruben Stoddard.

I think Dannii will finally do that this time, although i thought If I Were A Boy is quite a good choice it turned out to be not when it went to the performance :(

The fact that Flying Without Wings is his favorite song surely justifies his exit. Rachels turning into a bit of a Ruth Lorenzo where her bottom 2 performances are much better than her usual performances. Thank god Simon saved her.

Today, I remembered why I rarely [if ever] watch The X Factor. After seeing Cheryl Cole's performance, I find it to take her snide remarks about those twins (saying -they- don't deserve to be there) seriously. She's not all that and a bag of Nachos.

WOW! Cheryl was really good. Yeah vocals weren't "perfect" but it was still a very decent effort I thought. The dance break was brilliant :wub:

 

Whitney was alright too, she was a bit nuts though and I love how she blatently thought the contestants were shit LOL.

 

I honestly thought J&E were gonna be bottom 2 once they were down to the last 3 :o Really glad Rikki went though. But WTF has Rachel got to do?!

Cheryl is really weak :o I never realised how poor she was and I don't think she was even singing fully live (I think she recorded it before the show, cos she was so out of breath after, but her singing was unaffected)

I hope John & Edward stay in for a couple more weeks. They provide entertainment value, and it's important for the show to have a really good balance at the beginning. They clearly aren't genuine contenders though, and they will naturally fall by the wayside when we get to the serious part of the competition.
