October 18, 200916 yr OMG I'm so glad to see this is finally a hit :) Hopefully it'll climb in coming weeks, doing a mini Sweet Disposition.
October 18, 200916 yr Shame Remedy didn't peak higher as its such a great song - glad its hanging around a bit though I'd say it got a great peak, all things considered and how the project got off to a disastrous start. It was quite a turnaround and put her back on the map.
October 18, 200916 yr I'm not being funny or anything - but how many times do you say this, and then be told that Radio 1 work by a top 40? Tis true. Radio 1 have never worked on a Top 75 basis so I don't really understand why it causes confusion every week :heehee:

October 18, 200916 yr 28 (from 36) JLS - Beat Again [P] http://www3.hmv.co.uk/hmv/Large_Images/HMV/88697545842.JPG Chart Run: 1-1-2-4-7-12-13-17-23-26-33-38-36-28 [14 wks] Release date: 13-7-2009 Format: CDS Number of Discs: 1 Catalogue Number: 88697545842 Label: EPIC JLS (Aston, JB, Marvin and Oritse) are ready to launch their assault on the charts. Armed with excitement, glamour, charm and now killer music, JLS have all the ingredients to go all the way. Since winning over the nation and building an army of loyal fans on The X Factor last year JLS have not stopped. The year kicked off on a high when they signed a deal with legendary music label Epic. Since then the boys have been touring the UK and working night and day on their debut album, today they announce details of their first offering, the fantastic 'Beat Again'. 'Beat Again' is a tune that will have you hooked after just one listen. Written and produced by Steve Mac and Wayne Hector (previous writing credits read like a who's who in modern pop music) 'Beat Again' is the perfect showcase for the bands vocal prowess. The boys recorded the track in London and it's an instant reminder as to why JLS captured the nations hearts and imaginations last year. With it's dark driving beat and soulful infectious lyrics, this exciting debut single is set to become a massive dance floor anthem this summer. - HMV Video here:  track listing 1. Beat Again 2. October 18, 200916 yr JLS up eight? How did it do that? Jonathan Woss + I think MOBOs are still having a bit of an effect - but it rose to nearly top 20 on ITunes after Wossy
October 18, 200916 yr What's wrong a 10 track album? well actually it's 9 tracks and a spanish version of "She Wolf", I was hoping for maybe like 12 like the Saturdays album. But the album is really good though, so maybe its more about quality instead of quantity.
October 18, 200916 yr Probably because of x factor aswell.. Louis mentioned them on there & Beat Agains been played twice during Lloyds VT
October 18, 200916 yr 4Ever  This really should've been released years ago. And it should've been the first single instead of "Untouched"
October 18, 200916 yr This really deserved a better chart run. Looks like it might be it's last week in the top 40. :(
October 18, 200916 yr Poor Mini Viva and Deadmau5. I do wonder where Madonna actually gets these sales from to still be this high... Madonna still is an artist who can have incredible chart runs - Hung Up, Sorry, 4 Minutes are all examples of her latest stuff that have had massive chart runs .. Celebration however, was an underpromoted song from a greatest hits album that was, quite frankly, underwhelming (albeit an enjoyable slice of eurodance) ... that's a big difference from the likes of Cliff who's fan base (when rallied) can guarantee him a top 10 placing ...  Madonna is an artist who has consistently proved can appeal to the mass single buyers with strong enough material and have decent chart runs .... Cliff on the other hand is an immensely popular artist who's singles tend to be gimmicky (which is a shame because arguably his last proper singles - what car, I cannot give you my love etc - were actually rather good!) ...Â
