So Jamie will have 'Sex on Fire' or 'Use Somebody' then. Well at least one contestant will LOL. Prepare buzzjack :heehee:

I'm guessing that too!

I'd also put my money on Danyl (sp?) performing either Dream On or Whole Lotta Love, and sing it in the same style as that Adam Lambert guy of American Idol..

I think the bottom two this week is going to be Lloyd & Danyl...........that's a risky prediction......but I'm getting the feeling it could happen. Llyod will go home quite easily though.

I think Rachel has to at least be able to get 8th with that performance surely?

I'm guessing that too!

If he does an Aerosmith song I think he will do Cryin' to show off his long notes

I'm really not getting the whole Adam/Danyl comparisons. Both totally different. Adam was very likeable for a start and could sing in tune LOL.

1. lucie - best.

2. stacey.

3. joe.

4. jamie.

5. danyl.

6. olly.

7. miss frank.

8. rachel.

9. lloyd.

10. john & edward - worst.

lucie blew me away, again. but this time it was phenomenal. stacey came close.

john & edward were awful, and not as funny this week. I feel it's getting repetitive. bottom 2 pl0x.

Also. With it being "Rock Week" and Bon Jovi being the guests, will one act from each group have to perform a Bon Jovi song?

If so, i'd expect John & Edward to get 'Livin' On a Prayer' or 'It's My Life' :heehee:

He is just totally unlikeable as a person, smug, arrogant, obnoxious and Cowell's pet, he is to me the Chris Eubank of music

 Perfect summimng up. Someone needs to tell Danyl less is more. He sings everything the same & the big note at the end showcasing his big gob is so predictable & boring.

Cant wait for Bon Jovi!!

01 Miss Frank - Seriously pulled it off for me tonight. They really needed a big fantastic performance to stay in the show this week and they did it! is the one with the black hair Shar? I wasn't fussed on her before the live shows but she is by far the best singer IMO. Adored the rapping! brilliant performance this week!

02 Danyl - He gets so much hate on here but I think he is the best male vocalist this year. Predictable song but great performance.

03 Olly - Not as good as last week but still up there as one of the best tonight. Hopefully this years winner! Olly has The X Factor :D

04 Lucie - Can't believe Im rating her this high up because Im not a fan. The first two weeks she was awful but tonight she sang beautifully

05 Joe - Love Joe and he was brill but not his best week. I think he is more of a ballad singer, and I thought he just looked to much like a little kid

06 John & Edward - The most entertaining act EVER and I love them! Terrible singers and awful dancers but I still think they are good haha. Dont think they can have another fantastic week like last week though.

07 Stacey - By far her worst week to date. Such a stupid song to sing and she didnt sing it well but she looked stunning.

08 Lloyd - I love his voice but he has just had two bad weeks now. Out of his depth tonight. pretty much garunteed bottom two I reckon

09 Jamie - Big Band week? Hello? he isnt a versitile artist and I hope he is bottom two! Cant stand him and Im sure he will be so so predictable AGAIN next week with his song choice. Kings Of Leon?

10 Rachel - WTF she is so overrated on here LOL. IMO cant sing! and her hair tonight was awful. Will never forgive her for murdering If I were a Boy!

Tomorrow Westlife, Joy!!

If he does an Aerosmith song I think he will do Cryin' to show off his long notes

My mistake in putting Dream On, it was Cryin' that I was on about [and I think it would be in the style of this]

And I think it would be great if like Stacey sang Alanis Morrisette's 'You Oughtta Know' next week.

My favourite from tonight? Miss Frank!

Don;t be silly they are attached to Westlife's bums.
Bet they are busy finding the stools for tomorrow.

Can you imagine if they ran out of stools? :o

Ollie - 8 - Another fabulous performance and he’s hot .

Lloyd - 5 - Bless the little Welsh pip squeak, he’s no worse than Eoghan last year.

Miss Frank - 3 - Jumped the gun a week early with the rapping in what was otherwise a forgettable performance.

Rachel – 4 - Much improved from last week; however she needs to work on the post performance interview, for she undid much of the good work from her best performance to date.

Jamie – 6 – Not one of his best performances, but I enjoyed the U2 rendition over most of the bland dirge tonight.

Stacey – 5 – Pretty routine effort, nothing particularly grabbed me, and she was a bit too static.

Danyl – 7 – He’s no Adam Lambert, but he’s more than a bit alright. Apparently you’re not supposed to show any sign of confidence, for fear of being labelled arrogant or obnoxious.

Joe – 6 - The Julio Iglesias Latin vibe was a bit off the mark. Still it’s going to take an almighty effort from someone else to stop him winning.

Lucie – 4 – While she sang the song proficiently; there’s a lack of likability there.

John & Edward - 7 - Fun performance, I hope the twins go all the way to the final.

Bet they are busy finding the stools for tomorrow.

One of those stools have a dodgy leg :naughty:

Rachel and Lucie are my picks for the bottom 2 tomorrow.

Lucie bottom 2 NO WAY, have you been listening to the same show as everyone

Not gonna go through all the performances tonight, but first off can we scrap Big Band week next year cos its f***ing shocking.

John and Edward were ace. Yeah they're $h!t, but if people just keep going on about them then they're going to stay in loner. I hope they do as they're fun as anything to watch. Thought Lucie was really good, definitely think she's up there with winning. Danyl again was good, but every song he sings he sings it in exactly the same style. Jamie was good, can't be believe he got a bit criticised.

Rachel... she gave a very good performance but imo she killed all likeability factor at the end. Was just too fake for me. And Stacey as well... good, but I don't think she's anything majorly special. Miss Frank were top notch. That lloyd fella though was absolutely ball w***. WHY THE NEED FOR A BACKFLIP. :manson: Idiot.

01. Miss Frank - Loved it, was their most convincing performance as a group. Shar has improved lots and it really felt like a polished performance. The only bit I missed from the first performance was when they all sang "I'll roll myself up" together, they didn't do it tonight.

02. Rachel - Easily one of her best performances, Tina Turner is much more her than Beyoncé. It was lively and fun too. I just had to cringe at the interview. It's a bit sad really, seeing someone so desperate to stay. She's changed her whole image and absorbed the personality of last year's winner and one of this year's favourites just to save herself from the bottom two again. I dread to think how far this girl will go to stay on the show, she's already binned her old self (to rephrase what she said on Xtra Factor) and it's only week three! This can only end badly.

03. Lucie - I'm no fan of her usually, but this was just spell binding, totally sounded comfortable. I don't really get the actress insult, to me that makes it sound like she was conveying emotion as well as singing? Still not keen on her as a person, she seems like a saccharine sweet girl to your face, but she probably has a secret voodoo doll of you in case you upset her. It's funny how since she covered Leona, you get all the Leona fans picking apart her performances.

04. Stacey - Wow, I can't believe Stacey was my least favourite girl and she was still great. Shows how good the category is this year. This wasn't her at her best tonight, I think her and Lucie should have swapped songs. I think she needs to risk doing a more upbeat song, despite her voice being best suited for these understated ballads.

05. Olly - Really fun performer, I enjoy watching him, but I'm not sure I could put up with the potential ratpack covers album he'd produce if he won. Better seen than recorded I think?

06. Danyl - Give him a break guys. Simon totally over rates him, but the public gives him such a hard time. I think he's been likeable since the judges came down hard on him in week 1. I especially liked him vocally, and as a person, tonight. Don't get the hate on him doing a long note every week at all. It's.What.He.Does. You wouldn't make Leona hold back her range, take away John & Edward's bells and whistles, make Lloyd sing high notes by himself. Enjoyed it.

07. Joe - Disappointed after the first two weeks, but it was still rather good.

08. Jamie/John & Edward/Lloyd - All three were $h!t. Jamie's 'range' sounds like he's wailing after being set on fire. J&E are all show and no singing, the show was poor this week. I didn't think it was possible, but Lloyd's performance made Leon's rendition sound good.

2009 charity single appears to be cover of Michael Jackson hit You Are Not Alone in aid of Great Ormond Street Hos.

According to reports all 12 acts will sing it live for the first time on November 15's results show, and the single will go on sale the next day.
