Those figures for Robbie are incorrect. He is on 85k according to Billboard so he is #1. But JLS are now #1 on online sites so it is going to be very close.

I would think as the week goes on JLS will start to simmer, whilst Robbie shifts another 80k by Sunday. That's my prediction :)

I expect over 200K sales for Robbie. Well I hope anyway :lol:

 

Amazingly his album is top 10 in the US on Itunes :o #8 on the Canadian one too. That on top of #1 in 18 countries on Itunes - he must be very pleased :lol:

Good god 4 different slipcases and a group album for JLS, now who on earth is going to spend 45 quid on them :blink:

Robbie will get number 1 easily, and will possibly stay there for a few weeks until Leona's album's released. I can't see very many people buying 4 JLS albums just because it has a different covers :huh:

 

Plus I rekon that major stores such as Tesco's and Asda will sell Robbie's album cheap as chips during it's first week, just like Take That's The Circus was £5.00 in Asda in it's first week

JLS are very popular, but I don't think the majority of their "fans" are willing to buy the album until it's £5.99 in a sale next year. I guess some of these people are balanced out by the crazy fans who want the album with each cover case though!

 

Robbie has an incredible track record - all his albums have reached #1, and that is where this will debut.

Some of these posts on here are insane! No one understands, i don't think, how big these boys are!!

The fans are obsessed. Crazy! They'd pay £20, £30 and more for the album if thts wat it was costing!!!

Myself included have got these boys' back til the very end and we will do anything to get them to number one.. Whereas i dont think ur gonna find Robbie 'fans'' buying his album again and again just to get him to number 1.... One copy of that is more than enough!!!

Robbie has a good record.. And i love the man! But he's old news now!

To many JLS fans, myself included, they are what their life revolves around..

when the next singles out, listenin to the charts.. every single possible time we could go and see them we will.. sitting outside for hourssss on end just to catch a glimpse of them!!! that doesnt exactly happen with robbie anymore does it! i think the mans a genius but these boys have hit the big time and us fans arent gonna be bringin em back down to earth for a very very long time!!!!!!!

I don't think little girls have so much money to buy 5 times the albums :lol: . I think their fanbase are more a download one. Alexandra didn't sold too much and she was the winner.

 

The fanbase of Mr. Williams is more older and more prepared to buy an album instead of a single.

See this where you're very very wrong, the fanbase of JLS ARE prepared to buy as many albums as it will take to get them boys to number one.

And secondly, the entire of JLS' fanbase is not 'little girls'.. But even those 'little girls'.. will get their copies of their albums.. Its the older JLS' fanbase that WILL buy all 5 copies of the album to make it number one.

I LOVE robbie, but he is a has-been. His fans will buy one copy and thats it. and its not gonna be enough to get him the number 1 spot.

I think it's more in the favour of Robbie to be #1 album, JLS have a lot of very young fans, who readily buy a cheap cd single or download, but don't seem to buy albums as easily.

Im sorry but this is rubbish. Any JLS fan i know would gladly spend their last pennies on the boys if they thought it would help them get to number 1.

I don't know any artist who has fans as passionate as we are for them.

The boys second single was the biggest selling single of the year, and that was overtaking Cheryl and Alexandra .. And i dont think Leona will take that away from them this Sunday!!
