Been listening to Blue all day, one of their underrated tracks and I would've loved for it be a single!

Definitely it was single worthy for sure, I would have chosen this with shape over AWDF.

Blue would've been a great single! I love Shape, but a more upbeat single to close the era would've kept their run of Top 10s. Supernatural or Virgin Sexy (bit too risky??) would've worked well, also.

Virigin Sexy was originally going to be the fourth single but Shape was chosen instead. IIRC, Lucas Secon said it in a response to someone on IG

Have never seen the Liquid News interview, but definitely had one of their very first interviews, which was backstage at the MTV Europe Awards Nominations in September 2001. Will try and dig that out, but I have a horrible feeling it might be lost... :cry: Will be sure to share anything else I come across that's been hidden away in storage!

Sorry - should have clarified that it's literally a tiny snippet from a live performance, unfortunately. :cry: But they definitely performed it as 2.0. I think they had quite a few shows pre-Freak Like me where they had to rely on the One Touch material alone.

I can't see Virgin Sexy doing better than Shape did, maybe a remix of More Than A Million Miles?

I adore Virgin Sexy so so so so so so much but I really don’t know how that would have gone as a single. It’s an incredible track but I just cannot see Radio playing. Like it would have a lot of publicity but not all of it good 😬😬

 

 

I think Supernatural would have been a better Final single.
