Amazing news. :D I'm not going to get super excited though until her official site confirms it (although that will take a while)

SOOO glad they listened to the fans!!!! :cheer:

So glad that they are doing this. Hopefully it will shock people and be a big hit.

One thing- will they release the Avatar theme song I See You as a single? Hopefully they will see sense to slip this in there sometime in late december/early January.

BRILLIANT! The best move the label could have done imo. This will bring her quite a few new fans I reckon. CANNOT WAIT for promo and to see some performances :D!

Is this 2nd single in the US too? I suspect radio will be all over it over there.

WOW. Here's to hoping it's released before February in the U.S. Seriously, J Records are known for the length of time they take for single releases. The second single should've been sent to radio by now, as "Happy" has created little buzz which will most definitely affect her first week album sales.

Anyway, it's definitely not my favourite song on the record, but it's the most sensible choice as the next single. She needs to prove she can release an uptempo that's actually strong. It fits into the recent mould of hit songs, so it should be successful. I'm not sure if it'll be her next #1, but who knows.

No point sending a song now with the Christmas freeze imminent on US radio. Best to wait now until next year.

after listening to this, I'm definetely going to get the album. it's got to be her best imo, and that's saying something as I love all her work. amazing.

I never said they should send it now, they should've sent it some time ago now. "Happy" has been around the same position for such a long time now, it was clear it was over a long time ago.

Played again on Radio 1 today by Greg James who is still saying it's the next single. Hope we get official confirmation soon.
I think this is a genius choice for a single! One of the best from Echo behind Alive though which is far superior btw, but Outta My Head is so catchy I can't help it. <3

Leona manages to STILL stand still and sing with a mic stand during her most up-tempo number.

Le sigh.

^ Did you see the Hackney performance?

And that JK performance was recorded last week when she was sick so its understandable.

Hopefully if this is 100% 2nd single she will perform it like she did at Hackney.

Oh no don't agree it should have been first. It would have sold the album worse than Happy did.

IGY was the obvious lead single. OMH is too much for first and doesn't reflect the style of Echo at all.

Yeah I agree. Should have gone with IGY first but oh well. What's done is done. Hopefully OMH and IGY are the next singles in whatever order.
