Former S Club 7 singer Tina Barrett has been confirmed to appear at the Born Free Wild & Live charity show on November 14.

The 33-year-old, who enjoyed eleven Top 5 singles with the pop band, will perform a track from her upcoming solo album at the Royal Albert Hall in London.

"It's been marinating for a while and now it's just about ready! Yes I'm very excited to announce I will be performing a track from my solo album for the very first time, no S Club 7 - just me! " she wrote on her blog.

Barrett has posted three songs on her MySpace page called 'I'll Be Your Woman', 'Blow My Mind' and 'Satisfy Me'.

S Club 7 stars Jo O’Meara, Bradley McIntosh and Paul Cattermole reformed last year as a three-piece and performed a number of live dates across the UK.

Peter Andre and Mutya Buena were recently confirmed to perform a collaboration at the event, which aims to raise money to help protect wild animals and alleviate the suffering of those in captivity.

I loved Tina. But I can't think of any time she sang lead vocals on any S Club song

Interesting....

Cant believe shes 33 now though. How time flies.

Tina couldn't sing. And I don't mean in a Posh Spice/Britney kind of way, she was absolutely dreadful. This news confuses me.

Exactly what I was thinking! She had an AWFUL voice.

Apart from her minor part on 'Say Goodbye' I can't remember how good/bad her voice was :(

Hahahahaha she was always the $h!t one in S Club that no-one cared about. :(

It'll be interesting to see what she comes up with!

I loved tina on the tv show, i never thought her voice was terrible, it wasnt amazing, but not horrible, there have been so many rumors over the years that she was going to launch a solo career but never did, im curious to see what her stuff sounds like. In case anyone was wondering some songs she took lead vocals on in S Club were Discotek, I'll Be There, Secret Love and Stronger which was 'supposedly' going to be a single off the sunshine album.

I found this on Youtube, it's an old-ish one. But does anyone else think she sounds like Sarah from Girls Aloud? :o

I dunno if I like it. But I must say, it's not as bad as I thought it would be!

FLOP LAND AHOY! :o

I always wanted to hear 'Moon Child' :(
