I agree with you when you said it's better than Mama Do but CMO doesn't even come close to Boys & Girls imo. :P

Yeah. But the Record company were smart and releasing her before SuBo and Rihanna are released tomorrow/later tonight.

Now you mention it, I think this is probably the reason why album sales are low at the moment. :o Releasing on a Sunday would be best and I think HMV and stuff should start stocking the new releases on the Sundays that they are open too as I am sure it'll give the albums a much needed boost.
