February 11, 201015 yr Who the hell is managing her :drama: TIU and HWGA have to get released. You don't record with Red One to leave it on the bloody album
February 11, 201015 yr I  this! It may not be as good as the pure genius of Mama Do and Cry Me Out. but it's gonna peak highly on my personal chart! Not too sure about the official chart tho  about 22 probs, it deserves higher tho!
February 11, 201015 yr Who the hell is managing her :drama: TIU and HWGA have to get released. You don't record with Red One to leave it on the bloody album Thats exactly how I feel, those two songs should have been first two singles imo with mabye MD as third. The single selection has been pritty awful tbh, although all her singles are still good. ^_^
February 11, 201015 yr Author Who the hell is managing her :drama: TIU and HWGA have to get released. You don't record with Red One to leave it on the bloody album How can you slate her team? Her campaign has gone completely to plan, and her album has never been selling better. Those singles will probably both be released. She has said that they want to release as many singles as possible.
February 11, 201015 yr 'Gravity' pisses all over the rest of the album imo. Really good decision to release it imo, especially over the uninspired RedOne songs.
February 12, 201015 yr I think the singles have been OK. Most of them have shown her as 'the girl next door' which is what Little Boots was originally seen as (New In Town) but then went down the RedOne path and I think lost some of her market. I think the record company should have marketed her as one or the other, not as both 'the girl next door' and 'the electropop queen.' This is why I'm glad that Pixie has had the single she's had. Mama Do and Gravity, as well as Boys and Girls apply to a similar market. Cry Me Out had a theme that her market experience, but also because it's a mature ballad, I can see slightly older people liking it too! I think the single campaign has been alright for Pixie actually. 3 top 15 singles (2 #1s) isn't bad for someone nobody knew about just over a year ago. Her record company clearly know what they are doing. Although Cry Me Out was probably made download only to sell the album more, I think a physical would have bumped Cry Me Out into the top 10. I hope Gravity has a physical release. Edited February 12, 201015 yr by cookie_monster
February 13, 201015 yr The chorus is amazing  as for the rest of the song... average in my opinion. :) Edited February 13, 201015 yr by Charli

I hope Gravity has a physical release. CMO could've been Top 10 if it wasn't for the 2 hugely physical selling singles inside it (X Factor and Peter Kay). But I find it a bit funny it's staying in the Top 40 longer than both of the #1 singles.
