Will RATM hang on for a second week, or will they fall like a ton of bricks :snif:

I think RATM have a good chance of staying at #1 for a second week, sales of 502,672k is not to be sniffed at.

Alexandra's second week sales of 311,887, I don't think Joe can take the #1, I'm guessing his sales will probably trail off to around 180k to 200k, plus we only have 5 shopping days.

Cheryl and Lady GaGa will probably come short as well, if you take their sales in account this week, one thing going in Cheryl's favour is her physical single is out this week, she is probably looking to be #3. The only problem with this not many people will know its out physically, there is only a few minor new releases this week and new stock can be delayed with the weather, if you take the weather in consideration we are currently having.

I voted for Joe and #4.

But if RATM hold on at #1 and prevent Joe from the top spot, it will be great. :)

Cheryl won't peak next week. She'll peak after the chrimbo period
I voted for Joe and #5. I don't see RATM selling the same amount as last week. Cheryl is falling on iTunes and, when you take X Factor and charity singles out of the equation, physical sales make up only 2% of the chart. Cheryl's CD will not give her any boost. IMO 3 Words is a bit of a flop... Rubbish song anyway...
I hate to say this but with the RATM campaign over banana-Joe will eventually climb. No song from the rest of the top10 seems powerful enough at the moment to sell more than 60k... although 7 of them are much better than the climb.
Joe and Cheryl will peak at 4 but as someone said earlier, she may peak in January.

A flop? It's been charting since the album is out with no promotion, and it has already sold 100k before the physical release. What are you on about?

I think they assume everything the 'Nation's Treasure' releases must be #1 or it's a flop :heehee:

I don't like the song personally but it's not as commercial as FFTL and her album is out now, selling strongly so yeah I think it'll reach #4 this week and descend slowly with that being its peak.

I don't expect any changes to the top 10 tbh except a bit of shuffling. And there's six shopping days. Only Xmas day will hinder physical purchases as both Cambridge and Leicester which I went through yesterday on my way home from uni were ramrodded with people.

Oh and Joe for the #1 though I suspect RATM will hold at #2 with another 100k or so.

Hopefully Joe will get to #1, then I won't be in such a rage about Rage getting Xmas #1 :puke2:

And Cheryl will be #4, but I wish it would flop, as it ain't good

I think both RATM and Joe will suffer heavy declines, so it could still go either way; I'd prefer RAGE for a second week, but I'm resigned to Joe climbing.
