I'd support Joe more if he were more graceful about this. He's not the first X-Factor winner not to go straight to no.1 (Steve, anyone?) and he's likely to be no.1 this week. He really has nothing to complain about considering all other hardworking artists that never even come close to no.1. I know he's young, but now he's a professional singer, he needs to grow up a bit.

There is a big difference between being opinionated (good) and acting like a 10 year old (bad)

 

Strong opinions is great but throwing darts at pictures of RATM and insulting people's intelligence by saying he is too young to have heard of RATM only days/weeks after singing 2 Journey songs is very immature and ill advised, the fact that there was a massive sales surge for RATM the same day as that aptly named Bizarre column Joe did can't just be a coincidence :unsure:

Oh, come on - that thing with him holding darts to Rage was obviously seen as a laugh to Joe - and if you actually watch the video they had on there, Joe didn't say anything that was bad at all, only that they weren't to his taste but they may be to other, and he'd be surprised to hear his grandma listening to that over Christmas dinner. That Sun newspaper made him come across a complete idiot, when in fact, he never said anything of the sort.

 

Poor Joe - the media really do seem to be enjoying twisting his words, and turning it on him. Shame people are actually believing what they read word-by-word.
