For as long as I can remember people have requested for a reviews system to be made on BuzzJack. I made it a commitment this year to develop and complete and thanks to everyone who has given feedback and critique during this time! The current system is setup specifically for Singles and Albums although there is scope for this to be expanded in the future.

Most of the reviews system is automated but we feel its important to have a core team who can make sure everything is running smoothly and contribute actively to the review posts! Due to this we are setting up a new staff group with shiny (still to be decided) users online colour! Reviews System Functionality

• Ability to add reviews for a specific artist or create your own artist on the fly for your review!
• Ability for multiple review posts to be added to any one review
• Ability to comment on a review
• Rate system for members to rate a review
• Thumb up and down system for each review post so you decide which review post is promoted to the "main" review!
• Dynamic search functionality to search for any review or Genre
• Search engine friendly URL's so your review is more likely to be well placed on search engines.

hmmm... the only problem I see here, it seems its restricted to higher members who are mods and above, it shouldn't be members should be allowed to post reviews as well, its probably a quirk somewhere, which Phil has to resolve. What can I suggest at the moment is either to try again just in case you left something out or wait till tomorrow.

members cant submit reviews? :lol: after all that aswell, I surpose everything comes with at least one fail.

No, it's a .bmp

EDIT: I saved it as a .jpg but it still says 'error: error in creating jpeg image from source'

I think so but there is a problem with the edit thing, well for me there is anyway, when I try to edit one of my reviews (there is an edit button) it gives me an error, Phil knows about it though so it should be fixed soon.

Thanks Phil for doing this for the forum ^_^ And well done on meeting the deadline! I shall be doing one on Ke$ha's Animal later when ive had a proper listen to the HQ..

Also did not expect the Live iTunes Feed to show up on there but its great to see it there ^_^
